Customer Service Representative
- Utilizing our POS system, we can charge customers for cash and debit/credit card purchases. Customers should be given their change as well as a receipt after making a transaction. Upon receipt of money from a consumer, start the fuel pump.
- Maintain a clean and orderly environment on the site.
- Gas tanks can be refilled upon request.
- In the event of a question or need for directions, please provide them.
- If requested by the customer and purchased on site, oil will be added to their vehicles (if applicable).
- Propane is dispensed.
- Maintain and operate vehicle washes (if applicable).
- Prepare daily updates on the consumption of fuel and oil.
- Check the fluid levels and air pressure in the tyres after washing the windshields (if applicable).
- Toilets in petrol stations that are clean.
- Money is counted in cash drawers.
- Floors should be swept and mopped.
- Report suspicious activities in and around the petrol station to the authorities
- Other responsibilities will be allocated.
